Who we are

Practice Grader is run by PJD Digital Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 84 669 033 872), trading as Uppercut Digital. This page explains what we collect when you use practicegrader.com.au, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you unlock a report we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. We also keep the practice you searched for and the report we generated for it, so we can send it to you and refer to it if you get in touch.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of running and securing the site.

Why we collect it

To send you your report and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who it is shared with

Tracking and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you view and what you do here, such as running a scan or requesting a report. When you request a report, we may also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and mobile number so it can match your request to an ad. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy, at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

You can manage ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works with cookies blocked.

Reports opened from a link we have emailed you are not gated, and no details are collected from that page beyond the standard page-view measurement above.

How long we keep it

Report requests are kept while we are in contact with you about them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about a report we sent. Server logs are kept by our host for their standard period.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@practicegrader.com.au to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 14 days.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, email us first and we will try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
